Music Video: Kylie Minogue - I Was Gonna Cancel
Kylie Minogue is surrounded by a crowd of pedestrians in the official visual for Pharrell Williams-produced new single "I Was Gonna Cancel" from her twelfth studio album "Kiss Me Once", released on March 14, 2014. The surreal music video was directed by Dimitri Basil and features the age-defying Australian queen of pop performing her song amidst people walking back and forth who are oblivious to her presence despite her efforts to direct them with silly hand gestures. It is by far the weirdest music video ever made by the diva. It is therefore no wonder that she decided to explain the video concept in great detail. In Kylie's own words "this video is an abstract look at pedestrian life and how we're all just trying to get through and rise above everyday challenges."
