Video Premiere: Tove Lo - Not On Drugs
Tove Lo cleans up her image in the colorful visual for her new single "Not On Drugs", taken from the Swedish singer-songwriter's debut studio album 'Queen of the Clouds', released on September 30, 2014 via Island Records. The song was written by Tove Lo together with Jakob Jerlström, Ludvig Söderberg, Alx Reuterskiöld and produced by The Struts and Alx Reuterskiöld.
The Rikkard Häggbom-directed music video features drug-free Tove Lo inside a photo studio as she explains her state of being in love with a little help of colored smoke bombs that are supposed to show the intensity and weirdness she feels when falling in love. The clip also features the singer dancing frantically in front of trippy backgrounds as well as walking aimlessly brushing up against walls of some buildings.
